Our Home for Health Fundraising Campaign

The Tobermory Health Services Auxiliary is actively involved in helping to make the dream of a new medical facility in Tobermory a reality. This website has been created to communicate news to the community, near and far, about the construction and fundraising events and to provide an online vehicle for donations.

The goal is to raise $300,000.

The site of the new building is being cleared and building will commence this summer. Please join us in helping to raise the funds needed to build this much needed facility.

The Fundraising Committee is offering several options for people to donate to this worthy cause.

Local resident George Adams has issued a challenge (George’s Challenge) to the community to pledge an amount (you determine the amount) per month for a one or two year period.

As well, the Fundraising Committee is launching a “Buy a Brick” campaign. This initiative provides for a pledge of $20 per month per brick purchased over a two year one month period (25 months total) resulting in a contribution of $500 for our new facility.

These two options are designed to offer people the opportunity to help us achieve our fund raising goal in an affordable manner that fits within their budget. Of course you can buy a bunch of bricks and single donations of any amount are welcomed and very much appreciated.

All donations are tax deductible and no donation is too small. Please participate.
